Our research focuses on the cognitive processes that underlie human memory, and in their neuropsychological basis. The topics studied in the lab include episodic memory, verbal and visual short-term memory, and working memory. We are interested in the processes that enable updating of memory content, in cognitive control over memory, and in the relationship between short-term and long-term memory. These issues are studied in the lab using behavioral experiments and electrophysiological methods (EEG/ERP).
